Gatorade is not advised unless you are sweating out electrolytes, my.ob has told me to stand back from drinking it if Im just going to sit, and not be active. Make a makeshift icepack, or use one if you have one, and lie down in a dim lit or dark room.

If your headache persist, and you feel overheated, or somewhat dizzy, it may be signs of preclampsia, and I would call your doctor.

Another thing to watch for is your blood pressure. If it is high, then definitely call.

take a warm shower relax dont stress out I hated feeling dizzy and having all those headaches.
