Can sitting for long periods of time a day cause preterm labor?

are you sure they arent just Braxton hicks, those are harmless

It's definitely Braxton Hicks but I found it weird that it would occur only when I sit for a long time but thank you 😊 @hermommy

I spoke with my doctor about it because I was getting pains in my sides from sitting all day and she said to try and lay down on my lunch or get up and stretch throughout the day. I've tried it and it does help! Good luck!
