@maybaby2016, I've been complaining about these people since January they make so much noise and now that the weather is nice they throw shit off the balcony. Supposedly last time this happened the leasing office said they have one more chance and this time I complain and nothing has happened again I'm fed up

That wouldn't be acceptable where I live.. The maintenance guy or the groundskeepers make sure the property is always clean. No matter who the throw trash.
