Just registered with target for baby gifts. I hope we actually get some of the things I added. Lol…

just finished up at target today too! 😄

I didn't get anything from any of my registries like nothing I actually needed besides a few bags of diapers my husband bought all of the big items and essential and before I turned 26 weeks

I did and it was so not worth it in my case. half of my guests cancelled on me and the money I spent on my shower I could have gotten my baby everything she needed.

@jwest267, when's your shower? I only added 28 items because I have no faith in my family actually buying from the registry lol

@maybaby2016, that's my fear, that people will cancel and/or get me a bunch of things I don't need or want and would have been better off just buying things myself.

July 9th for me @indigenousmommy . I'm registered at target and babies r us. I've got a ton of stuff on my babies r us registry and about 30 on my Target one. this is the first grandchild in the family in a long time and my mothers first grandchild besides my stepdaughter so I know I will have a good turnout. it all depends on your family and what you can afford for the shower in my opinion! I got married back in September and got a lot of gifts for my wedding shower but we def overdid it for the shower. nice and simple this time so if people don't show up you're not out too much money like @maybaby2016 said

I did the same thing on my registry and only added about 25 or so items. I ended up getting only two things off of it. I even specified in my invitations that my registry contained a small amount of items because they were exactly what my baby needed. one of my guests bought us a 65$ bath tub lol.....I was grateful but disappointed because we did need a tub but the one I asked for was only $16. my friend could have spent that $65 on a tub and other items from my list but, what can ya do? Lol

yeah but it's a really cool bubbling spa tub.....a bit much but I did appreciate it. I just wish she would have used the money to get more of what I actually needed lol.
