Hi ladies ! Any advice on losing the baby weight ? I currently eat a 1,200 calorie diet, run for a half hour in the morning, go on a 5 mile walk in the afternoon, and play tennis 3-4 times a week. I also drink around 64 oz of water a day.
@twinmamma2015 Good for you, girl ! That's awesome. Keep up the good work ! I definitely need to get better about cutting out the sweets. That's my downfall.
that's what I've been doing well not all the running but I walk everyday. but I don't eat any bread, rolls, or any other kind of carb, stopped all soda. I also don't eat any sweets. if I want something sweet I have some fruit. and I started it last Tuesday and so far I've lost 11 pounds. hope I can continue to lose more lol!! but just keep doing what your doing
Yeah I have a hard time with sweets also, n my coffee creamer, oh man I didn't realize how many calories it was really having till I added it up one day!! I'm getting better the longer I go so. and thank you, putting on weight is easy, taking it off it a whole lot harder.
