Since today was really nice and we were both off from work, my boyfriend surprised me with a cute little picnic date on the water today and brought a bunch of foods that he knows I'm forever craving and pretty much re-created my parents first date that I told him about forever ago, and I don't know why, but this date just topped so many of the things we've done although it was so simple. Although we know we both still have stuff to work on and smooth over, all of that stuff was non-existent and it was really amazing and it gave me a lot more hope that we'll be able to work things out.
