Swollen feet any suggestions. Currently in cold bucket of water. As elevation is not working!

Normal for end of pregnancy :) Hmm just keeping them elevated above your hips :) It doesn't work instantly. Took about a week and a half for mine to go down xx

I can't stand for long at all @winterbaby95 I know it's not going to be over night but cold water then elevated is taking some pressureoff xxx
