If this is what a CSection feels like, then I feel bad for those who had or are going to have them. I can't move, I can barely walk, sitting up or any moving of my stomach makes me feel like dying, can't cough, sneeze or use any stomach muscles at all. And to top it off, none of these pain meds are working.
