So i think i might have had a contration earlier. it was soo painful and it lasted like a minute but i only had 1😕 and it was weird i didnt have any back pain it was just all in my belly and my cooch. so idk if it was a contraction ..

Watch carefully for any leaking of fluid, whether it be tinged or clear and watery. Is baby moving?

That very well may have been a contraction. I would try to keep track of time and see if you get another, and how far apart it is.

Well thats good. So what you should be getting out of this is your cerbix and uterus is prepareing for birth. Shouldnt be to far off now.
