went to have my whooping cough injection and went into town afterwards for a few bits. got back around 2 but I've had a delayed exhaustion right when I need to start cooking dinner!! so sat with my feet up watching Tipping Point! and sorry for the additional TMI but I thought I was a couple of weeks clear of my haemorrhoids but seems they've made a nasty appearance again!!
