hi girls so on Thursday night i will be going in to deliver my baby girl but what do you girls think about this... i plan on taking in my breast pump with me due to always having problems with lactation so i wanted to pump and make sure i can have milk going before attaching my baby to a semi dry boob

@izaid_mommy, yes i do. I'll be delivering at the mission hospital im sure they have a consultant there as well the thing is my nipples crack too much and i bought a nipple shield online and never recieved it. @surprise4 ty 😊

Good luck girl! You got this. I agree with @surprise4 if that's what helps you go for it. Do you have Wic I know that at the McAllen medical a Wic consultant goes and helps you if you have any breastfeeding issues.

Oh yeah mission does have the consultant there. I like that hospital my son was born there. I heard there's a cream that is pretty good for cracked nipples but i don't know the name of it..
