Come on active labor, You can start up now... I'm ready to have my baby....🙇🏼 I don't like this waiting game
I went through the same thing but at 35 weeks. I was in labor and it had too be stopped. I'm also 38 weeks today. I was just trying to say that for anyone no matter there circumstances at 37 weeks it's safe for your baby too come. I'm also lucky to have made it this far. My last pregnancy ended in miscarriage. So I completely understand your situation. Sorry for arguing on your post I just don't like basically being told I'm dumb haha.
I'm in Texas and my midwife said I'm term at 37 weeks but honestly non of that matters I'm not 37 weeks anymore I'm 38. & like I said before I'm grateful that I even made it to 38 weeks, I was in the hospital at 34 with real contractions starting up until I got a pill to stop labor but if she comes now there's nothing I can do to stop her so can y'all just let me be happy and excited about the fact that I could give birth any time now?? Thanks.... This post wasn't meant to have people arguing over it. I'm just ready to have my baby like everyone else on this app is... I'm not stupid I know the longer she stays put the better but I really doubt she'll stay put for long so I'm just trying to stay positive about it all... But thanks again for all y'alls opinions😊 @jorguss21 @ktwins188 @izaid_mommy
I know the longer the baby cooks the better. I'm not dumb. But you just said in the state of Texas. I live in Missouri. And those were my doctors exact words. That I'm considered full term at 37 weeks. Again I'm going to trust his word over some forum on the internet.. @ashleymonae @izaid_mommy
In the state of Texas the new laws says you are full term at 39 weeks...so @ktwins188 is actually correct. The Drs will not induce before 39 weeks unless there is a medical condition. Yes if you go into active labor after 37 weeks they won't stop it but that doesn't mean you are considered full term at 37 weeks. It used to be "full term" but not any more. @jorguss21 I know what you mean about the steroid shot given baby's lung will be okay cause I got the steroid shot due to preterm labor but remember the longer baby cooks the better...
YOU ARE FULL TERM AT 37 WEEKS! ANYONE THAT SAY SHE IS NOT CLEARLY KNOWS NOTHING
Well that's what my doctor told me. Which I'm pretty sure he knows what he's talking about.. Yes 40 weeks is full term but seeing as your baby's lungs are developed at 37 weeks you are "considered" full term just as I stated above. And they will do nothing to stop your labor. At least at my hospital.
your wrong!!! @jorguss21 ссылка read and learn!! but what she's going thru I understand
At 37 weeks your considered full term and they will do nothing to stop active labor. @ktwins188
She's perfectly healthy if she came now... I got the steroid shot to develop her lungs and everything because I tested positive for early labor. So I'm pretty grateful I made it this far... I'm due any time now I'm at a 3cm 70% effaced with a lot of contractions I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow...
No girl I understand, I just wish people would stop freaking out so much because a lot of babies are born this early and are perfectly fine so I don't see why anyone had to throw a fit about it you know? Lol but your good!!@jorguss21
