Got deposit for this place! Taking it in morning and moving in hopefully next Friday! So glad deposit will hold the apartment for us!!
Why are my federal taxes still not giving me a deposit date 🤬🤬🤬🤬is this happening to anyone else?
My sister wrote a check for her rent on July 1st which the landlord did not deposit until 3+ weeks later. She said she had paid some bills so by the time he deposited the check, there wasn't enough money in her account to cover the full amount of the check. He got charged a fee for the bounced check. Who's responsible for that fee? I say the landlord is because he should have deposited the check in a timely manner.
