Does anyone know if having labor in the tub then giving birth on the table is an option at hospitals...? Because I want to get an epidural.

I think if you get an epidural you can't labor in a tub . Could depend on the hospitals policies though

Yeah i wanna labor in a tub then move to a bed if its allowed also but no epidural unless i feel its necessary. Ftm so idk what to expect lol

no epidural in the tub also once you have the epidural you will not be able to get up and walk

you cant get an epidural when youre in the tub because it numbs you from head to toe and you wont be able to walk or move at all if u wanna try the tub maybe ask them for some pain meds? i forgot the name of it but it will help manage pain during labor thats what im gonna do but it also depends on the hospital youre planning to deliver and their policy
