Well.. I was already 3 cm dilated and 60% do were going to be skipping cytotec and going straight to pitocin around 8 or 9 depending on when I'm able to eat.. She did strip my membranes and said that everything was really good and that the induction shouldn't be too ridiculously long.. Still hoping for a vaginal birth with no epidural if I can take it.. but guys I'm so scared and nervous...

Just remember our bodies are built to do this. You got this girl!!! Good luck for a short easy delivery and healthy baby!!

You can do it!! I went in to be induced 3 weeks ago on a Monday and finally had my son at 10:01 pm on Wednesday. Longest process ever and pretty painful but so worth it. Best of luck to you, it'll all be worth it in the end I can promise you that. I'd do it all over again if I had to!! @littlemissrainesmommy

I just had my boy on wednesday, and while I did get the epi, it only worked on one side of my body. so, I felt my whole labor on one side lol. anyway, what I will say it yes, it's going to hurt, and yes you will probably want to make it stop... but what worked best to stop it for me, was to push! the feeling was like I had to poop really bad, and once I was told I could start pushing, all the pain was gone and it was just the effort of pushing. it was hard, but seriously, have faith that during the hardest part, you won't have a lot of pain. it's amazing how our bodies work.
