@jgarciamua, oh no. its not stopping.. its the same ): I take prenatal and biotin pills and my hair stills feels so dead and sheds like crazy.....

My doctor told me to continue taking my prenatal vitamins after birth to prevent hair loss and all that. My prenatal vitamins actually say "for use before, during, and after pregnancy"
