This is kind of long so thank you in advance to whoever reads this. I'm only 21 weeks so it's a little early to be talking about this, however, I'm trying to be prepared. My husband is deployed. He has missed my whole pregnancy and is stationed in California. I'm in Texas because this is where my OB is. He only gets to come to Texas when I'm 37/38 weeks. My doctor will not induce me before 39 unless medically necessary because of new laws. Anyhow, I need to start making a list to help induce labor myself around when he will be home. He missed my whole pregnancy. I don't want him to miss the birth of our son too.

My OB said at 37 weeks im full term so it's not going to cause complications. @babydiehl2016

- I've Heard That Now Full term is 39 weeks even my doctors and nurses told me when I was pregnant. don't rush it please; it's always better to let baby come on his or her time. but i wish you the best ; you still have time and anything can happen like your husband coming back and being there on time

My doctor told me that there's nothing wrong with me trying to speed up my labor after 37 weeks. By law she said she can't until I'm 39 weeks. @marialovey7

really the only healthy thing to do is to walk/exercise. Sex is probably out of the question since your husband isn't home but again these lady's are right, the baby will come when the baby is ready too. Relaxation is the best, because tension works against the body causing the baby to think you're stressed and not want to come, but the more relaxed the better, because the baby will think its a good time.

Baby is suppose to bake until at least 39w unless medically necessary. I wouldn't advise it at all. New studies show the harm it does to babies development.

I'm sorry you're going through this it must be so hard not having your man there, we are all grateful for his service, I hope everything works out for you but in case it doesn't maybe you can have him film something for you to watch while you're in labor? Something with him telling you things to make you feel like he's right there with you, I heard pineapples works if you eat them until you feel sick. Best of luck ❤️
