I would just try to keep it dry. I keep a bib on my son and wipe his neck. maybe try some powder to keep it dry?

@jozell01, ok change his bib as often as possible so he won't have a wet bib on him for too long , get a cool rag and wipe not constantly but when you feel like he needs to be wiped and refreshed and pat dry.

@jozell01, oh and the bumps like you said is from his saliva my son has them around his mouth there are drool bumps/rash I put aquaphor to protect his skin idk about that under his neck though so I don't want to tell you nothing wrong so look that up

I threw out all of his Johnson and Johnson products when his doctor said he had severe excellent especially the baby powder since they said that there were people were getting cancer @jgled000

I will try washing it with the aquaphor wash then apply the cream to see if that helps thank you @phasion
