So someone else was promoted to a position that I was originally supposed to be being trained to get and they've been here for the same amount of time as me and have called out and came in late more than anyone I know; that just gave me so much more motivation to keep looking for another job (besides the obnoxiously dwindling hours). I am happy for the person though because there's nobody else besides myself in this store that'd fit that role and we've personally never had any issues.

it suxs how underachievers get great opportunities and ppl who work hard to get somewhere go unnoticed...I hope u find a better job as well

@alexis_k, it really does, not to mention I actually have some of the skills needed to even be moved up to a department supervisor thanks to my role at my previous job which was my first legit job ever and moved up to a supervisor and trainer position in less than a year and this is something that's on my resume and they're aware of, so it's really annoying. Thank you so much ❤️, I'd probably keep what I have and do it maybe one day a week if need be and if whatever else I find is willing and able to offer me more hours and utilize my skills more than I'll do that the rest of the week.
