I get those too but they're not constant, if you find out what they are please tell me

I had them yesterday, going to see my doctor tomorrow ...I worry about it

The only thing I saw online about it is a sign of preterm labor. But they aren't consistent. It only lasts for about 10-15 minutes and then goes away. @daij @yulianna007

Oh mine are just small period like cramps they don't last that long for me, I would say about 1 1/2 minutes
