To all of the ladies I see who have just recently went into labor or are inching towards it, I was wondering if you feel like you are "3cm dilated" or is it something that you don't really feel. I have yet to get Braxton hicks and am so nervous I won't know the difference between a real contraction and a BH 😳😑😩

Real contacting have a pattern Braxton hicks don't really. I was told you can't tell if your dilated but I'm not too sure about that one

I kept feeling "lightning crotch" feels but you don't really feel dilation. I didn't anyways. I was 3cm when I got induced.

Braxton hicks don't hurt they're just uncomfortable. Contractions feel like (as the nurse said) the worst diarrhea cramps ever or like really bad period cramps.

Unfortunately no I was 3 cm for three weeks 😩 I didn't feel nothing till labor began
