I'm 29 weeks and I don't feel Madelyn move as much as I use to. I read that this is because they're starting to run out of room so they don't move as much as they did .. is that true?

The old "running out of room" thing is a myth. Most babies run on a pattern, and a sleep cycle even in utero. The trick is to get to know your baby in their pattern… If you're ever concerned, go in and have them check little one out. (:

I feel the same at 26w. I think it's because now she sleeps during the day and I wake up for nothing through the night

Someone told me that it's the baby sleeping.. At this time in our pregnancy the baby sleeps more like 12-14hrs a day and that some babies tend to wake up by maybe after you eat or drink orange juice.. There's different ways some wake up to music on your belly.. It depends on the baby but they said its nothing to worry as long as you feel your baby moving or kicking 4 times a day.. Than you should be fine but if you don't feel NOTHING at all allll day than you should just check to make sure baby is ok :) I was worried yesterday but than she started moving here and there after I ate lol but yes, most likely your baby is knocked out sleeping 💕
