@ethansmommy12192015, u can use either . I have both and only bought the baby one to see if there was a difference. If Lucas was sick I would probably use the adult one because the menthol smell is stronger and that's what you need . I put it on the soles of his feet and his back and chest , dabbing a little on the temples will help as well in case of a sinus headache or feeling stressed

I'd try baby Vicks vapor rub,cause sometimes their skin is sensitive and the regular can be too strong
