time to go finish this business at the dmv, I swear, nobody ever use OneMain Financial for any kind of loans please!!, my mom used my car two years ago for like 3k and ended up paying it off within 6 months and those mfers are seriously the most unprofessional people in the world!! didn't send the lein release to the dmv when it was paid off, acted like they didn't know they were supposed to, and couldn't even FIND the collateral(my car) in their system, said they couldn't tell me anything for privacy reasons because it wasn't in my name... THEN WHY DID I SIGN PAPERS?! Ugh better go better this morning.. since we had to find the paperwork and get a printed copy of the lein release since she didn't even know how to fax -_- lord I about lost it yesterday.. I have no patience for ignorance anymore that's for sure😂 people need to at least know how to do their job!
