Omg! Toothache from hell. Got off at 1100 last night, couldn't fall asleep because of this tooth. Then woke up at 5:45 because of this tooth.

It's 7am and I have an appointment st 10:30 this am.

I'm in excruciating pain, nauseated and can barely walk.

On top of all this I may have PUPPP and I can't stop scratching and itching.

I'm beyond miserable.
