Any other preggies hands tingle/fall asleep all day? Mine do and it is so bad once I lay down for bed!! I cry in bed at night because it disrupts my sleep & I just want to rip my damn hands off!!!!! Does anyone have any suggestions? I already sleep with a brace on my right hand (dominant), ice my hands before I fall asleep, and "try" to sleep I upright with pillows under my hands, palms facing up.
