Really wish they knew what is wrong with my bowels! TMI but no matter weather I have a solid poop or diarrhea I bleed every time! It's not just a little bit of blood either. It's so bad that it fills the toilet, almost looks like I'm on my period from all the blood! 😩😩. I wish it would just stop. I know it's gross but I have a picture of the blood from when I wipe and it's extremely bright red!

sounds like hemorrhiods to me. def talk to your dr and make sure you dont push when youre pooping cause you could really hurt yourself.

It's not hemorrhoids. I'm constantly getting checked for those. && yes I've mentioned it and they just always tell me to go to the doctor who has done my colonoscopies but they also say they have no idea why I bleed like that. I take fiber supplements an everything like they have told me to. @expectingz @ninanicole2

they could be internal though, where the dr couldn't see.

You maybe getting too much fiber, ummmm, praying they do find out cause you need your blood supply for you and baby!

This exact same thing happens to me, I would bleed badly and freak out because at first I didn't know where it was coming from. It was hemorrhoids in my case.

It's probably fissures, which are small tears. If the blood is bright red it isn't intetnal. I have ibs and I had those.
