I think i pinched my sciatic nerve. It hurt some last night when I was turning around, like a strong stabbing feeling right above my butt, it's been a constant dull pain all day though:( what can I do for it besides ice it? It seriously hurts to even walk and I have to chase after two toddlers all day

I have it bad. Look up some stretches you can do online. there isn't much else to do for it but deal with it.

I know I have a pinched nerve in the same damn place hurts so bad when I walk or try straightening my body it comes and goes tho throughout the day

there are many stretches that are suppose to work but however none worked for me, I literally had to alternate sitting, walking, standing and laying. hope this helps.

Right ! Haha it felt so bad i tried asking my doctor what I could do he said can't do nothing while prego Ima have to tough it up

mine will hurt when I'm standing on my feet to long or not wearing right shoes. I have it on both sides.
