I didn't with my first pregnancy either but now it hurts so bad even at the slightest touch. Some body could hug me and it's like knives are cutting me, it hurts so bad.

Yes! With what @courtney017 said. Mine have hurt so much my entire pregnancy. And became super sensitive at some point and the water hurts when hitting them.

yes! mine used to hurt so bad and they still do but only when I'm in the shower and the water hits them
