@mrsthig, wow I didn't know you can give your child regular milk before a year old. My daughter was preemie so she only had Breast milk and formula till she was one then doctor said I can put her on cows milk

my son was off formula at 7 months because he would not drink it so he started cow milk really early but the dr also pushed soy

@amaperalta03, I gave both of my kids Almond milk. Still do now... They're 7 and 2
