so, when I was at the Dr earlier, she checked my cervix and I was almost 2 cm dilated, and since I left my Dr I have been having terrible pain, is this normal? did my Dr like start contractions?

I felt the same way after my 39 weeks check. Even had some very weak contractions but it only lasted 2 hours or so. I never actually went in to labor even after getting checked 2 more times. I was finally induced at 40+4.

It's normal to feel crampy after a pelvic exam. it's even normal to have a little spotting after as well

Yeah it's normal. Being checked can cause contractions or cause pain. At this point nothing is comfortable anymore 😔
