@mrs.rcleveland, I live in a complex and they are so strict here I have to ask for permission for everything but I'll be calling to see if I can switch out the bulbs. Idk if it will make a difference cause my windows provide good lighting so I don't turn on lights till about 7-8 and then we go to bed and lights off at 10

Does your complex spilt the bills within the apartments? That's how it was in my friends apartment

u would be very surprised how much using regular bulbs instead of energy savers just for a hour will cost. im just speaking from experience lol.
