On the road to get my life back on track with the health game. With breastfeeding I can't do what I normally would do, cut carbs, so with the switch up this is what I came up with 😋 a wheat chicken salad wrap with spinach, avocado and tomatoes with a side of fruit (cutie, strawberries, cherries & pineapples) for constant sweet tooth that I have, only breastfeeding mommies will understand.
