Any ideas what this is ladies had it sforince yesterday and it's gettin worse it's a lot redder than it looks in pic it's also starting on my other arm I thought it was heat rash but it's raised n feel is like it's burning x

It's driving me mad tried epiderm and e45 to try as soothe it but I'm scratching myself to death X x

I got these on my hands when I was about 16 weeks! Used to drive me mad and they used to burn and looked exactly the same! Never knew what it was and it lasted for a few weeks but it finally went by itself xx

try cold flannels and avoid anything scented on it as that may make it worse. x
