so I've been having mildly painful contractions today in my belly with constant dull back pain and for a while I've been feeling like my baby is just going to fall out. with my first I had back labor. I'm so scared I'm going into labor. I'm having trouble timing the contractions because it's so different then with my first. should I call my Dr office or try laying down to see if they go away?
