so i get to the hospital and the dmn nurse had scheduled my induction as a regular office visit so…

so i get to the hospital and the dmn nurse had scheduled my induction as a regular office visit so there was no bed being held for me!!!! my dr. had them reschedule it and she went ahead and stripped my membrane and said hopefully i will be in labor by 5pm...im so upset,i just want this to be over!!! Anyhoo have any of you ladies had your membrane stripped (im 39+4) if so what was your experience with it and how long did it take to work?!!
