Around what week do you start getting your cervix checked?
yes as far as I know its a standard test just to check to see if a certain type of bacteria lives in the vaginal or anal areas of pregnant women. basically its great if you don't have it but even if you do have it all they have to do is put you on antibiotics during labor to decrease the risk of baby getting an infection
mine checked once at 35 when he did the strep b test and then didn't check again until 37
Some drs don't check your cervix, but if they do they usually start around 37-38 weeks
Really? How is progress tracked then? That just sounds kinda dumb on the doctors part. @ashalay88
