So I just want to rant for a second.. and to those of you who have some major issue with people…
So I just want to rant for a second.. and to those of you who have some major issue with people ranting on here, please block me or get the fuck over it.. your choice...
Anywhooooooo, some back story first. When Jonathan and I first got together and actually became serious we both obviously lost some friends. cool whatever that happens. Well his "best friend" has I guess always had issues whenever Jonathan dated someone new because he isn't a half assed boyfriend. So yeah he would rather spend time with me than going out getting wasted every weekend trying to pick up girls. Of course all that changed when he got into a real relationship again.. Well his best friend, Kenneth, always had some kind of remark to make about how I was taking his best friend away and blah blah blah.. Well then Kenneth started dating this girl Faith. both straight out of marriages, she wasn't even fully divorced yet, but whatever we were happy for them. So then he pretty much completely stops talking to Jonathan and it's been that way since him and Faith really started dating. which we understand, they have 3 kids between both of them from their previous marriages and now just had another baby last month.. I swear, ever since their wedding the ONLY time Kenneth wants anything to do with Jonathan is when he needs somebody to get a drink with and complain about how miserable and hard his life is... Did he congratulate Jonathan on his first baby? nope, not till like last week. Was he there for Jonathan when his grandfather passed away? nope, dropped by the funeral home for 20 minutes and didn't say anything to Jonathan other than how terrible Faith was being.. Like I completely understand with 4 kids life gets crazy and you don't have as much time for friends... but Jesus... it just pisses me off how he couldn't give two shots about Jonathan until he wants something.. and I just hate seeing Jonathan treated that way... he's too good of a person and friend to deserve that. and now he won't be home till probably around 7 or 8 tonight because Kenneth wants to go get drinks because he's depressed.. ugh.

I can relate a lot to this. My fiancé also has a jealous shitty best friend that uses him. He's 26 without a car & only wants to "hang out" when it's convenient for him. Like "I need to go to the grocery store & a ride to work at 5, can we hang out?" Last week, they had plans to go see that Civil War movie at 1:30, Cody asked if could give him a ride to his grandma's first at 10:30. We had things to do so we couldn't and he then threw a fit & told Blake since he was "soooo busy" he wasn't going to the movies with him. I've told Blake many times that he only asks to hangout when we do something for him but he refuses to see it. But I made sure to point that one out as soon as it happened and he didn't even try to deny it. But he was SOOO upset. I texted Cody & asked him when he would be ready that we could pick him up after we ate. (Cancelled our plans to cheer up my fiancé.) but he ignored us. I went with him instead and it cheered him up but I'm still pissed about it. I WISH his best friend would find a girl (he always makes remarks that he's going to be single forever) and leave us alone..... But man, I'd never admit that even when he insults me or tells me to "give him his best friend back" I just roll my eyes. We're getting married in like 12 days, he can kiss my ass. Lol.

First off don't feel like you can't vent!! I see why you're frustrated, I don't understand why someone would treat their "best friend" that way. People can be so terrible sometimes. Does your man get frustrated by this or is he just doing whatever for the guy he believes is his best bud
