Yeah when I lived in my flat it Was the same. neighbours argued over petty things like the washing lines and used to throw my washing in the mud and stuff haha xx

yep ive got two boys so dey really boisterous..I got a paddling pool n sandpit but cnt really use dem in communal outdoor area..too many nosey neighbours lol..
