I seriously forgot about how timing changes with a newborn! So we ate out at a restaurant (first time since she was born) twice this weekend: Saturday at lunch and last night dinner for Mother's Day. Both times I BF the baby and she was nicely knocked out RIGHT until the food arrived 😥. Cold meals for me due to slow service and my 5 week old "expiring"...not very encouraging (especially when all I want is some normalcy with my fiance post- baby; he isn't even as newborn time conscious as I am...). Oh and the waiter had the nerve to chastise me last night for having my newborn "out" at night so young. He was serious too! 😒
