Ohhhh these cramps hurt!

i just went through some very painful cramping and contracting.:( worse than i have felt before. my bum and lady area also hurt bad with every contraction:'(

i went and took a bath and it helped quite a bit. but I'm still sore:'/ plus i have acid reflux >.<".

I tried the bath...its not working. 😢
