Okay momma's

I'm having heat flashes, headaches, and now my little bundle of joy has started jabbing his shoulders into my pelvis (extremely painful) Doctor said that I'm not dialing at all. I'm 37 weeks and 6 days. I don't/can't sleep anymore and I don't know what to do anymore. Does any of this sound like it could be the start of labor?
