so as you can see in the picture this is me and my husband. but my teeth look more than perfect & I love them so much. I spent 3 years in braces and I got them off finally in January. so tonight I realized I haven't wore my retainers in a good .. month? yeah I know not good at all. but I put them in right now & OH MY GOSH they are SO TIGHT on my teeth hold crap. it feels horrible. but I have to keep them in so my teeth don't move. long story short, wear your retainers every day you're supposed to or it's gonna make your teeth hurt which makes your head hurt :(
