Wouldn't do it for two glasses of wine.

Invest in the PH strips to test for alcohol in breast milk. Because most of the time you don't even have to pump and dump

do not pump and dump!!! if you are good to pick up baby your milk is fine. im in an ep group and they have so much info and resources that tells you it is outdated info that tells you you need to pump and dump

Okay. thank you. I just wasn't sure. a girl that was at a family function told me to pump and dump that's why I asked. I'm not even tipsy and it's been 2 hours since my last cup @frozenessence

Do not pump and dump!!! It's such a huge misconception that if you drink you have to waste all that milk. Alcohol strips are pretty expensive, the legit ones I've found at least. 2 glasses of wine is nothing and you are good to give your baby that milk
