@deeds22, Don't put his name on the birth certificate if you don't he has to go through the courts to get rights to her after they do a DNA test. if Anything it will buy you time.

exactly what @addisonsmommy2016 said. and if he takes you to court he will have to pay for the test. I have been so nervous about all of it to but when I said something about child support he quickly said he will sign his rights over so I told him it'll be ok I just won't put him on he birth certificate

That's what I was thinking but I still get paranoid ya know 😕 @addisonsmommy2016 @mccokel14 and because he had threatened me, said awful things and I know he's not a good person. I should have never gotten involved with him and now I'm paying the price. He did give me the little blessing inside me but I still can't bring it to myself to ever trust him after what he has done to me. @junesmommy15

@deeds22, I am in the same boat as you . my daughters father hit me choked me and busted my head open not to mention all the really bad things he said to me. I won't be putting his name on her birth certificate because then he won't have rights to her and if he tries anything he will be charged with Kidnapping

I completely understand. I knew that my baby father was a pos he didn't take care of his daughter . never spent time with her. but I believe that everything happens for a reason and the reason he was put in my life was for my baby (:
