I always did until my kids were able to eat from a spoon. but they recommend mixing it with formula, water,or juice and feeding the baby from a spoon. @delilahmarie
Okay, just put very little, maybe not quite a teaspoon and just see how baby takes it. but be careful to much makes it thick. It could cause constipation since its something new to the tummy but that only happened to one of my kids. @delilahmarie @lisa0488
Use the supported cereal. & usually when formula isnt filling them up anymore the pedi will tell you its ok for a little bit. are you feeding from a bowl or formula?
They have a specific cereal for certain stages for babies. There's a supported sitter cereal which I figured is given to them within 3-5 months cause after that, they can sit by themselves and there's a sitter cereal. And my son has a huge appetite and he loves the cereal. If you're really unsure, ask your doctor but tons of moms give it to them at 3 months so I'm sure it's safe.
