what does 1/5 engaged mean?

Some people class 1/5 as fully engaged, others class 1/5 as just slightly engaged, does it say palpable?x

It depends which way they put it, but baby deffo in your pelvis heading the right way, some can be nearly fully engaged for months, some don't engage right until labour x
