URGENT Missing dog in Clarksville TN. Found in Govenor square mall parking lot. Anyone recognize her??

I hate to say this but Clarksville is bad about dumping animals in parking lots... I found many cats and dogs that were just left in parking lots and fields... It's really sad. If you take her to a shelter they can check if she's chipped.

she has one blue/white eye like a husky, and one brown eye.

No chip.
