HELP!!!! I'm so stressed right now!!! so I just talked to my HR director at work about my maturity leave. I am able to take 12 weeks off ( which I'm super happy about) but none of it is paid AT ALL!! I have no idea how I'm gana pay my bills!!! my husband works but he do not make nearly enough to support us a new born and my 5yr old!!! all incan do right now is sit and cry!! I need help I dono what to do!!!!!!! also keep in mind I HAVE to have a c-section.

Try to go through the state to get disability for 6 weeks or longer if the doctor says so. It's better than nothing.
Most employers don't pay for your leave, only certain companies do. Unfortunately there's not much you can do besides try to save as much as you can! If you have any sick time or vacation days you can use those!
Most company's have short term disability but you pay like 5 to 7$ every other week and that covers maternity leave they pay you 6 weeks for natural births and 9 weeks for c section and if you want more weeks you can get FMLA without pay
