well my son's been running a low grade fever all weekend... he looks so miserable... I'm pretty sure it's a teething fever because it doesn't go any higher than 99 and he just pushed his 5th tooth through... any mommys think it could be something else? I'm scared i could be over looking everything.. hes not eating much not sleeping well but always looks sleepy.. thinking we might be going to ER later or his dad will be taking him to drs Monday. ugh i hate setting him sick 😔

Sounds like typical teething symptoms

Was this tooth a back one? Sometimes those cause a little more pain and fever.

@ashsloan, its actually the ones next to the two front ones. i havent looked to see if there are any coming in in the back. he hates when i look and feel in his mouth!
